This Spotlight Install features a 27‑foot garland flowing over illuminated marquee letters. The shimmer and height give the entire setup a dramatic, sparkling presence.

A look at some of my favorite installs — plus helpful tips to make your décor last and your budget go further.

• Choose a smaller install with high impact
A 6–8 ft garland can look just as stunning as a full wall. Share your budget with me and we can discuss different options.
• Delivery and Installation fees
Save money on delivery and installation by picking the decor up from me. I will show you how to do any last minute installations.
• Backdrops
If you already own a backdrop, or chiara board (the arched background boards, I can design around it. Chiara board rentals are add on expenses.
• Pick a simple color palette
Two or three colors keep costs down while still looking beautiful. Monochromatic displays are just as stunning.
• Focus on one photo moment
A single, well‑designed focal point saves money and still wows guests.
• Book early
Please book at least 2 weeks in advance to allow time to order specialty balloons. Last‑minute orders and installs require rush ordering and extra labor.
• Keep balloons indoors whenever possible. Balloons indoors last longer than you may think. Air-filled balloons can be used for multiple events = even if they are 1 week apart. Keep balloons indoors and they will look just as good as the day they were installed.
Heat, cold, and wind shorten their lifespan.
• Avoid direct sunlight
Sunlight can cause balloons to oxidize or pop.
• Don’t leave balloons in a hot car
They expand and burst quickly.
• Keep pets away
Claws and teeth are balloon enemies.
• For outdoor installs, choose foils or larger latex
They hold up better in Utah’s weather.
