Frequently Asked Questions

Here are the questions I’m asked most often, gathered in one spot to make planning your event a little easier.

How far in advance should I book?

Most clients book 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends. If you have a specific theme or a large install, earlier is always better.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes — a 50% retainer secures your date and design. Your date isn’t reserved until the retainer is paid.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept major credit/debit cards, digital payments, and cash. Corporate clients may also pay by check if preferred..

Do you have a minimum order?

Yes — my delivery minimum is $150. If you’re looking for something smaller, my Grab‑and‑Go garlands are a great budget‑friendly option.

Do you deliver?

Yes — I deliver throughout the Salt Lake Valley. Delivery fees vary based on distance and setup needs.

How long does setup take?

Most installs take at least one hour, and larger or more detailed designs can take longer. It takes time to move balloons in and out, secure them properly, and add any specialty balloons to ensure a perfect setup. I don’t rush my installs — taking the time to do it right ensures your décor looks its best. When possible, I prefer to install the day before your event for the smoothest, most stress‑free experience.

Do you charge a delivery or setup fee?

Yes — delivery and setup fees are based on distance, design size, and any special installation requirements.

Do you pick up rentals or frames after the event?

If your design includes a rental frame or backdrop, I’ll schedule a pickup time when we finalize your order.

Will my balloons last outdoors?

Outdoor décor is beautiful but not guaranteed. Sun, heat, wind, and cold all affect balloon longevity. For best results, choose shade or a protected area.

What weather conditions affect balloons?

Heat can cause balloons to expand and pop. Cold makes them shrink. Wind can shift or tangle garlands.

Can you guarantee outdoor longevity?

Because weather is unpredictable, outdoor décor is considered temporary and cannot be guaranteed.

Do you offer a guarantee after setup?

Because balloons are delicate and can be affected by weather, temperature, and movement, I’m not able to guarantee décor once I leave the event. Sometimes clients or venues adjust or move the balloons, and that can affect how long they last. I make sure everything looks perfect at the time of setup, but balloon décor is considered temporary.

Do you offer Grab‑and‑Go garlands?

Yes — Grab‑and‑Go garlands are a great budget‑friendly option. They come fully assembled and ready to hang.

How do I transport a Grab‑and‑Go?

Clear your backseat or trunk before pickup. Keep your car cool and avoid direct sunlight.

How long will a Grab‑and‑Go last?

Indoors, they can last several days to weeks. Outdoors, expect a shorter lifespan.

How long do balloons last?

Indoors, balloons can last from several days to weeks. Outdoors, they may only last a few hours depending on weather.

Are balloons safe for kids?

Please keep popped or deflated balloons away from small children, as they can pose a choking risk.

What should I do with balloons after the event?

Pop and dispose of balloons responsibly. Please do not release balloons outdoors.

Can you recreate a photo I found online?

I can absolutely work with inspiration photos, but I can’t match them exactly. Many photos online use filters or edited lighting, which can change how the colors look — and those exact shades may not exist in real balloon colors. I’ll always get as close as possible while creating a design that fits your space and event beautifully.
